The Robin Hood Hotel is a family orientated hotel and welcomes you and your family to enjoy our facilities and services.

Responsible Service of Alcohol

The Robin Hood Hotel does not host 18th Birthday Parties or Bucks Nights

The Robin Hood Hotel takes a serious stance on the Responsible service of Alcohol and the Code of Practice.

All staff are RSA trained and will not supply alcohol to people who are drunk, disorderly, or do not have appropriate proof of age. We do not promote or advertise or encourage excessive or rapid drinking.
Licensing laws prohibit liquor supply to the disorderly and/or intoxicated. Patrons showing signs of intoxication or disorderly behaviour will be refused service and/or be asked to leave the premise. We reserve the rights to define "intoxication" for this purpose.

People expelled (barred) from this hotel are not welcome on the premises at any time. Patrons asked to leave are expected to do so without confrontation. Any person refusing to leave thee licensed premises when requested to do so are liable for an on the spot fine of $550.

Indecent, violent, offensive behaviour and swearing, abusive or insulting language will not be tolerated.

Inappropriate clothing is not permitted e.g. Torn or dirty clothing or clothing displaying offensive images or words.

Service of alcohol will be refused to any person who cannot provide appropriate proof of age. The only acceptable forms of identification are:-
• Valid state or territory photo driver's license.
• Valid Australian or International photo passport.
• Valid approved government issued photo proof of age card (+18 card).
• Valid international photo driver's license.
It is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a minor.
Penalties apply.

Children

All minors, persons under 18 years of age, by law must be accompanied by a Responsible Adult. Children must be under constant parental supervision. Under the liquor act children are not to be left in the car unaccompanied by a responsible adult. All minors to vacate the premises by 10.30pm.
The playground is there for the enjoyment of families. No glass is permitted in the playground area. Due to Australian Standards the playground will be closed in wet weather.

Children are only permitted in the following areas of the hotel:-
• Pavilion Dining Room
• Fireplace Dining Room
• Beer Garden
• Terrace and Playground

Children are not permitted by law in any other part of the hotel even under the supervision of a responsible adult. Please respect other patrons and supervise your children. People not supervising their children may be asked to leave.

NO FOOD OR DRINK IS PERMITTED TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE HOTEL.

Please observe the quiet and good order of the neighbourhood when leaving the premises.
